Jack Easterby
For more than two decades, Jack Easterby has worked where faith, leadership, and high-performance sports meet. He started as a chaplain. He went on to serve with the New England Patriots as a character coach and director of team development, and was part of three Super Bowl championship teams. He later served as an executive with the Houston Texans.
Before the NFL, Jack helped build championship cultures at the University of South Carolina. He was part of the team construction behind national championships in baseball and women’s basketball. He has also consulted for the National Football League, the Kansas City Chiefs, the Southeastern Conference, the U.S. Olympic teams, and Clemson University, and he has advised on more than 50 head coaching searches across college athletics. The Athletic named him to its 40 Under 40 list.
In 2011, Jack and his family founded The Greatest Champion Foundation in Columbia, South Carolina. The foundation builds leadership curricula, team-development strategies, and sports ministries for organizations across the country. Behind all of it is a “Kingdom Ethics” conviction: God’s rule reaches every area of life, from the locker room to the boardroom to the home. Today Jack consults with leaders and organizations, serves on a corporate board, and speaks to universities, churches, and ministry groups. His message is about leading with conviction and faithfully serving the people entrusted to your care.
